The meals are delivered all at one time either on Monday evening for Brooklyn,or Monday afternoon for Manhattan.  They come packed as individual meals in completely compostable containers that are microwave safe and can even be used in an oven up to 325 degrees.  The meal comes cooked and ready to simply reheat.

Pricing structure is as follows- (includes NYS sales tax) and allows for anything between 2 and 4 portions of each selection.  Base price stays the same, but groceries vary on how many portions are requested.

4 Nights of Meals (4 choices from the menu)

165.00 Base for the week plus cost of ingredients-

Typically ingredients range from $40-70 for two people, $60-80 for three and $80-120 for four.  i.e approximately - 205-235.00 for a family of two, 225-245.00 for a family of three and 265-285.00 for a family of four total for all four evenings.

3 Nights of Meals (3 choices from the menu)

 140.00 Base for the week plus ingredients

Typically ingredients range from $30-50 for two people,$50-75 for three and 75-120 for four.

These prices for the ingredients are subject to fluctuations in prices required to provide fresh, seasonal and healthy meals.

For One person the pricing structure is slightly different and doesn't vary, week to week.  Price list is as follows and it includes a salad and a soup-

 I always offer 8 items and try for a variety of fish, meat, and vegetarian.  Clients are free to request substitutions and adjustments.

The menu for the following week comes on Thursday, and I ask to have orders in by noon on Saturday.  There's no commitment.  Just respond and order on weeks you want delivery.

So, you can see that you can sub in different items if you don't care for something.  You can also ask to add a meat or fish to the vegetarian items, or vice versa.  Most of the meals are Gluten Free already, but if not, and you are adhering to a Gluten Free diet, I can simply sub in other options if you choose something that has gluten in it.
